To order online, as a new customer, you will need to register with us.
Click on Trade Log In / Register at the top of the site to go to the log in / register page.
Fill in your details and enter a password.
Once you are registered you will then be able to go to the shop section and select which items you would like to order.
You can view your cart at any time and add or delete items by updating your cart.
Proceed to check out – decide whether you are paying by cheque or bank transfer and click on the order button.
You will receive a confirmation of your order.
Your order will remain on the system until it has been checked at our end – once it has been approved then you will receive an invoice which you will have 30 days to pay.
For established customers, you will have created an account and simply need to log in and once done you will be able to update your details, view prices and place an order.

At the moment we don’t operate an online payment system and all products are charged and paid for via an invoice. You will receive an invoice via email or post which must be paid within 30 days by bank transfer or by cheque.
Our minimum order amount is £50 excluding VAT and Postage.
Shipping & postage.
We have a flat rate postage charge of £7.99 plus vat.
Free carriage is on all orders over £150 excluding vat.
Our standard delivery courier is via Parcel to go or Interparcel. We use their 3-5 day service which often gets to you next day. Depending on when your order is placed we endeavour to despatch all orders with 14 working days.

We will always despatch your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged in transit or you have received incorrect products, please inform us within 3 working days and return the goods to us so that we can send you a replacement order. We will obviously refund you for the postage costs incurred.
